How do you ensure the wine arrives safely and at the right temperature?
We use specialized, insulated packaging and temperature-controlled shipping methods. During extreme weather months, we may hold your order until conditions are safe for transit to preserve the integrity of the wine.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes, federal law requires an adult signature (21+) for all alcohol deliveries. We recommend shipping to a business address if you are not home during the day to ensure a successful first delivery attempt.
What is your return policy for corked or damaged bottles?
If you receive a bottle that is corked or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement or store credit once the bottle is returned to us for inspection.
Can I schedule a specific delivery date for a gift?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select a preferred arrival window or contact our concierge team to coordinate a specific date for special occasions.
Do you offer local pickup at your shop?
Yes, local customers can select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout. Your order will typically be ready for collection within two hours during our standard business hours.
