At PERRINE'S WINE SHOP, we strive to ensure every bottle meets our high standards. Due to the perishable nature of wine and food products, returns are typically limited to corked or defective items within 14 days of purchase.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure the product is either defective, corked, or damaged, and that at least three-quarters of the contents remain in the bottle for inspection.

Email our shop or visit us in person with your original receipt and the item in question to initiate the return authorization process.
Professional Evaluation
Our sommeliers will evaluate the bottle to confirm the defect; please note that returns cannot be accepted for wines that have been heat-damaged after leaving the store.
Receive Credit or Exchange
Once approved, you may choose between an identical replacement bottle, a store credit of equal value, or a refund to your original payment method.
