Produced primarily from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier sourced from premier vineyard sites throughout Champagne, the wine reflects the house’s celebrated style of delicacy and precision.
The Extra Brut dosage highlights the wine’s natural freshness and mineral structure, allowing its vibrant fruit and chalk-driven character to shine. Aromas of white flowers, citrus peel, baked apple, and fresh pastry evolve into layered notes of pear, stone fruit, hazelnut, and subtle spice. Extended aging on the lees contributes depth and creamy texture while preserving remarkable tension and elegance.
